These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our funding programs, consulting services, and website (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services in any way, you agree to these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to enter into binding agreements. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during your application and throughout the course of your engagement with us.

2. Nature of Services

We provide access to a range of business funding options, including but not limited to:

• Business loans

• Lines of credit

• Credit cards

• Revenue-based funding

• Equipment or invoice financing

We are not a direct lender. Our role is to connect you with potential funding sources and support you through the application process. Final decisions regarding approvals, amounts, rates, and terms are made solely by third-party lenders or financial institutions.

3. Fees and Payment Terms

Fees for our Services may vary based on the program selected, scope of work, and level of support provided. All fee structures will be clearly disclosed in your individual client agreement.

Unless otherwise specified:

• Fees are due in accordance with your signed agreement

• Payment is not contingent on funding approval

• Refund terms, if available, will also be outlined in the agreement

We reserve the right to charge service, processing, or platform fees as applicable.

4. Refunds

Refunds are governed by your specific agreement. In most cases:

• Refunds are not issued prior to confirmation of funding results

• Clients may request a review after a set program period if minimum funding benchmarks are not met

• All refunds, if applicable, may be subject to processing or service fees

We do not offer blanket guarantees and encourage all clients to fully review their agreement terms.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure success, you agree to:

• Provide complete and accurate documentation

• Respond promptly to all information or verification requests

• Not apply directly to referred lenders outside of our process

• Notify us of any changes to your business, financials, or contact details

Failure to cooperate may result in suspension or termination of your eligibility for Services.

6. Information Sharing

By using our Services, you consent to the sharing of your information with third-party lenders, credit partners, or service providers necessary to complete your funding request. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

7. Ownership of Materials

All content, tools, systems, and materials provided through our Services are proprietary and remain the sole property of the company. You may not copy, share, or repurpose any of these materials without written authorization.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Funding denials or terms offered by third-party providers

• Delays or errors caused by incomplete or inaccurate information

• Any losses resulting from your decision to accept or decline a funding offer

Use of the Services is at your own risk. We do not guarantee approval, specific amounts, or timelines.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship in writing at any time. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations for payments already due under your agreement. We may terminate access to Services in cases of non-cooperation, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal actions must be brought in the courts located in that jurisdiction.
